At Energia, Feichin honed his craft in wind farm operations. As an O&M engineer, he became the go-to person for keeping assets optimized, reliable, and efficient. Whether coordinating site teams or analyzing performance data, he learned turbine behavior inside out—knowing when a subtle vibration or oil change could signal deeper issues.

Over time, Feichin’s expertise grew beyond routine operations. He began driving improvements—not just fixing faults, but preventing them.
