S1 - How are you structuring your workforce and operating model?
17 Nov - From 10:00 to 11:50
Introduction
How are you actually setting up your O&M organisation to deliver uptime at the lowest cost? We focus on real structures: in-house vs ISP, central vs site-based teams, role split between operations, engineering and planning. What works in practice—and where are the bottlenecks? Join peers to compare models, staffing logic and performance outcomes.
Your moderator for this roundtable
Wouter Holbrecht, Head of Asset Management at Luminus
Wouter is very knowledgeable and very straightforward when exploring new ideas. He has gained a lot of experience from working at EDF and building up Luminus. Luminus leads Belgium’s onshore wind, combining renewables with flexible gas for real-world operational insight. Usually, O2O RENEWABLES moderates our owner-to-owner discussions, but the Owners Roundtable is too big for us to handle and we have asked our dear members to help us in Amsterdam.
A big thank you to Luminus!

Roles & interfaces: operations, reliability engineering, planning, supply chain
Workforce sizing: FTE/MW benchmarks, skill mix, multi-site coverage
