This hotel is recommended by your lazy peers at Enel Green Power, who will have to walk three minutes to the event from their office😀. They recommend this hotel to all companies coming to their headquarters, think they will hold excellent events, it is not too expensive and has good transport connections to the city centre. You’ll get there in a 7-minute taxi ride from the airport.

Before the event

Choosing roundtables and submitting your top challenge

Once you have registered your team, an individual email will be sent to everyone on your booking. People prefer different things, and we are service-minded, so we offer you different choices for how to share this information with us:

  • The social approach - arrange a 15-minute meeting to present your roundtable choices and top challenges orally. A link will be given in the email to schedule such a meeting.

  • The offline approach - download a Word template, complete it offline, and send it to us. A link to this Word template will be found in the email.

  • The online approach - complete a form. Option 1: Choose roundtables now and submit your top challenge later. Option 2: Choose roundtables and top challenges in one go.

Please note that the quality of the discussions is directly related to our roundtable participants sharing a detailed description of their top challenges. Furthermore, your value from joining this event will increase with a more detailed description as your peers can share more detailed input.

Avoid formulating grand and mighty challenges with the ambition to impress your peers. Maybe you will impress the less experienced people in the room, but you will have less input from the more experienced ones.

Practical, detailed and concrete challenges will give you practical, detailed and concrete feedback.

The agenda for each roundtable

With this input, we will compile an agenda for each roundtable. Before the event, you will receive an agenda for each selected roundtable. Each agenda will include who the other participants are and what their top challenges are for the specific roundtable. At the roundtable, our discussions will be based on the participants' top challenges.

Moderations of our roundtables

Our dear O2O WIND members have rolled up their sleeves and will help us moderate our roundtables. To see which persons are moderating the roundtables you have chosen, you can either go directly to each roundtable or see the complete list of moderators on this list.this list.

During the event

Moderators creating a summary

Prior to the event, our moderators were given a link for each roundtable they were moderating. They will find a page with one row for each participant on that link, stating their name and top challenge. Underneath, there will be a big empty field. Once a roundtable session starts, the moderator will open that page and begin filling in “main findings” for each top challenge. When we have ten minutes left of a roundtable session, I will make my voice heard, loud and clear. I will then ask each table to finalise the main findings for each challenge with the help of the other roundtable participants. An example of how that page will look is found on this page: Moderators input - S1 - Digitalizing Supply Chain

Participants creating a summary

After the event

After the event, we will distribute all main findings from all roundtables. You will have a non-anonymous version for the roundtables you participated in and an anonymous version for the other roundtables.
